Yes! Critters & Clutter provides ALL waste management services year-round at all of our locations. Even in harsh conditions, we will still show up to provide services. In cases of extreme weather, your service day will be postponed until the soonest day with safe conditions.

The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Critters & Clutter. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.

Our rates for our weekly trash pickup service is $79.99 before promotions and discounts, Our Pet Waste Removal service is quoted for each customers specific situation and does not have a set rate. Due to our Loyalty Membership and Referral Program each customers rate is constantly changing. Junk Removal jobs are quoted per job with no set rate, however Loyalty Members receive a 15% discount on all Junk Removal jobs year round.

Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety, as dog waste is considered a hazardous material. At Critters & Clutter, we always remove your pet waste from your property and dispose of it off-site at no extra charge. We hold both a Refuse Hauler Permit and a Commercial Hauler Permit, which means we are fully licensed and approved to handle and transport pet waste safely and responsibly to ensure our customers do not have to.

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day or trash pick-up day. Not every day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule. This is because as a small business we are doing our best to optimize routes to keep costs and prices as low as possible.

Junk Removal has a much more flexible scheduling because it is a per job service and not a recurring service that needs to be optimized.

We do provide a general window estimate however, arrival times are subject to change for our recurring services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time daily, before services are completed to help keep costs low. The more customers that join the more routes will change early on.
