We price by volume, so the number you get up front is the number you pay.
Most jobs can be quoted from a couple of photos. Send pictures of the pile, the room or the structure, mention roughly where it is in the property, and we can usually give you a firm number without anyone needing to come out first. A junk removal quote from photos is usually as accurate as one from a visit, and far quicker.
That number covers labour, loading, hauling and disposal. It does not change because of stairs, a long carry or a difficult doorway.
The phone is answered Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm, and weekends from 8:30am to 4pm. Messages left outside those hours are picked up the next morning — we would rather call you back properly than have a machine take a booking.
410-449-2367 is the only number we use. If you have been given a different one from an old listing, it is out of date.
If it is one or two items you can move yourself, the county route is often cheaper and quicker than hiring anyone. Each county runs its own convenience centers and landfill: Calvert County, St. Mary’s County and Charles County all publish what they accept, their hours and current fees.
