Our Pricing Model Is Simple & So Is Our Scheduling

We price by volume, so the number you get up front is the number you pay.

Junk Removal Pricing: Volume, Not Weight or Time

Your price is based on how much room your load takes up in the trailer. Not what it weighs, and not how long we are there. Junk removal pricing here is deliberately simple, because the alternative is arguments on the day.

Weight-based pricing punishes you for having dense items — a small pile of books or tile can cost more than a room of furniture. Hourly pricing rewards a slow crew. Volume is the only measure where the number you are quoted at the start is the number you pay at the end, and where you can see for yourself what you are being charged for.

What the Price Includes

Labour, the loading, the drive and the disposal fee. There is no separate charge for stairs, for a long driveway, for dismantling a bed frame to get it out, or for the fact that the sofa has to come apart at the door.

The only things quoted separately are jobs that are genuinely a different task — breaking out a concrete shed base, for example, or pulling concrete-set fence posts.

Where the Money Goes

A meaningful share of any quote is the disposal fee itself, which is why we sort loads before tipping. Usable goods go to donation partners such as the Habitat for Humanity ReStore network, recoverable material goes for recycling under Maryland Department of the Environment guidance, and only the remainder is charged as landfill.
