Full-service means you point and we carry. Nothing needs to be moved to the kerb, bagged, broken down or brought downstairs first. If it is in the back bedroom on the second floor, that is where we start.
A typical job runs the same way every time: we look at the pile, give you a firm number, and if you are happy we load it there and then. Most household jobs are done inside an hour or two, and you are not asked to lift anything or be anywhere in particular while we work.
Your price comes from how much room the load takes up in the trailer. Not the weight, not how long it takes us, and not how many flights of stairs are involved. A dense load of books costs the same as the same volume of cushions.
That matters because it means the quote you get at the start is the number you pay at the end. There is no meter running and no surcharge for a difficult exit.
Anything still usable goes to a local donation partner before anything else happens. What is left gets sorted for recycling, and only the genuine remainder goes for disposal — handled per Maryland Department of the Environment guidance.
That order is deliberate. It is better for the county, and it keeps disposal costs down, which is part of why volume pricing works.
